Return and Refund Policy

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) is required for processing.

  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products, bulk orders, and personalized uniforms are not eligible for return or exchange, unless found defective at the time of delivery.

  • Products purchased under special sales, clearance, or promotional discounts may not qualify for returns unless defective.

  • Accessories such as socks, headbands, masks, or undergarments cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.


3. Process for Returns

  1. Initiate Request – Contact us at support@3venu.com or via our Help & Support page within 7 days of delivery or initiate at your account login page.

  2. Approval – Our support team will verify eligibility and provide return instructions/approval.

  3. Shipping Back – Our shipping partner will pick up the item from your door where services are available if not then Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us. In case of a defective item, 3VENU will bear the shipping cost.

  4. Inspection – Once we receive the item, it will undergo a quality check to ensure it meets return conditions.


4. Refund Policy

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

  • In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or wallet credit as per customers choice.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item.


5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange for a different size or product, we will process the replacement once the returned item passes inspection.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.


6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Delivered

  • If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will arrange a free pickup and replacement/refund in such cases.


7. International Orders

  • For international customers, returns and exchanges are accepted; however, shipping charges, customs duties, and related fees will be borne by the customer, unless the product is defective.

  • Refund timelines for international orders may vary depending on payment gateway and banking regulations.
